Abstract Natural oil‐based polyurethanes are prepared through solvent‐less and easily processable approach for adhesive applications. The polyurethane is optimized varying the volume fractions of precursors which was then confirmed different analyses to achieve better combination composite formation with graphene. graphene‐polyurethane composites processed in a simple hand mixing process graphene loadings role addition studied using analyses. interaction polymer well established structural thermal studies. increase mechanical property adequate amount at room temperature confirms interfacial polymer. maximum peel strength obtained PU around 1.05 N/mm, supports applicability material adhesive‐based
